Delivery time: really needs to be improved & better communication with separate BATTERY delivery , the battery was very late arriving and supplier had to be contacted to find it Quality: Overall the quality is acceptable but there are serious flaws that need to be fixed - such as battery fitting to the bike itself ( very difficult to install the bike had to be partially dismantled to fit the battery in) and there is no Instruction Manual supplied which is VERY BAD! Design: Needs very big improvements - 1. A far better Battery Installation method needs to be developed 2. A construction manual needs to be supplied - it is very difficult to assemble the bike without this and I had to look online to find help on this ( BAD ! ) 3.The bike's wiring needs to be far better protected - there are loose wires everywhere and the supplied cable ties just do not work well enough 4. Hard to find help easily - really could do with a representative to help people with your products
